Refund policy

Personalized and Custom Items Because our products are made to order and personalized to your specifications, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized or custom items unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.  Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@vividvolt.shop.

Please include: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. Upon review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of our products.
