2. Orders & Personalization

Each item is made to order and personalized based on the information you provide at checkout. Please enter names, dates, messages, and other personalization details exactly as you would like them to appear, including capitalization (for example, Hannah vs. HANNAH vs. hannah). We will produce your item based on the information submitted with your order.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in personalization details provided by customers. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

Mock-ups may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like a preview.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

Because our products are handmade and personalized, minor variations in thread color, design placement, stitching, sizing, or other details may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees will be displayed during checkout where required.

Full payment is required at the time an order is placed using the payment methods available on the Site.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we may contact you with options to proceed or cancel the order.

5. Shipping

Production Time: 3–7 business days

Estimated Shipping Time: 3–8 business days, depending on destination and shipping method selected.

We ship internationally where available.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Personalized and Custom Items

Because our products are made to order and personalized to your specifications, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized or custom items unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@vividvolt.shop.

Please include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

7. Care Instructions

For hand-knit and embroidered apparel, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry and avoid wringing or tumble drying. If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron and avoid direct contact with embroidery.
